step 5:

Below is a description of how you break your bad habits, but some words are missing. Choose words from the list that best complete the sentences.

The first step on your way to {break;kill;stop} a habit is to admit yourself you have a problem. Think of how this habit dictates you daily routine, make a {conscious;strong;fast} decision to put an end to it, and take the first step. It is best to avoid the company of people that tempt you to continue with the behavior you wish to alter, or at least tell them you are determined to make a change in your life. It is important you focus on something new that is going to fill the {emptiness;pain;joy} the old habit left.
Don’t think about what you have just stopped doing, think about what you’re going to do instead. However, if you do break the commitment, put a {penalty;reward;lucky} coin in your piggy bank. When you finally get rid of the habit, you’ll reward yourself with something special, financed by the collected money.
The last, but certainly not the {least;most;littlest} important piece of advice is, be patient. They say it takes 66 days to form a new habit, which isn’t as far away as it may sound.
